If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hour notice so we have time to schedule other clients. Otherwise you may be charged 50% of your appointment. No shows will be charged 100%.

Please confirm your appointment through our booking system at least 72  hours before your appointment to avoid being charged the fee.

During winter months we follow FCPS guidelines. If schools are closed we reschedule all appointments that day. If FCPS says there is a delay it's up to our discretion to cancel or not. We want everyone to stay safe so there is NO cancellation policy for weather related circumstances.
